Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes!
Hey! I love baking, and I wanted to share this yummy recipe with you! These are peanut butter cupcakes with chocolate frosting. Here's the recipe for the cupcakes: INGREDIENTS 1½ Cup flour ¾ Cup sugar 1 Tsp baking powder ½ Cup butter 2 Eggs ½ Cup water 1 Tsp vanilla 2 Tbsp peanut butter INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners. In a bowl mix the flour, sugar and baking powder. Slowly add the butter and continue mixing until it resembles coarse sand. With the mixer on medium speed add the eggs, water, and vanilla. Whip it for 3 minutes or until the mixture is shiny. Add the peanut butter and mix it in.
